Messier 37 Open Star Cluster

Messier 37 Open Star Cluster

The Messier 37 open star cluster is one of the more fascinating open clusters we view at Frosty Drew Observatory. Residing in the constellation Auriga, M37 lies 4,500 light years distant.

I captured this photo at Frosty Drew Observatory on Saturday November 15, 2014.
