Maximum Transit

Maximum Transit
On November 11, 2019 a fabulous Transit of Mercury occurred. Frosty Drew Observatory archived the entire event. In this image, Mercury is at maximum transit. This is the midway point of the transit event, and the best time to observe Mercury in front of the Sun. Maximum transit occurred at 10:23 am EST for our location.
