Tau Herculid Meteor Shower

Tau Herculid Meteor Shower
The Tau Herculid Meteor Shower is a result of Comet 73P/Schwassmann-Wachmann 3, which fragmented in 1995. That fragmentation event may have produced a debris field that Earth will pass through on May 31, 2022 around 1:00 am. If so, a meteor storm consisting of dozens of meteors per second could occur. This chart shows the radiant point of the Tau Herculid Meteor Shower.
