Venus and the Pleiades in Conjunction
Every few years, Venus rises along the western horizon, fantastically visible after sunset during the spring. This gives us many fantastic conjunction opportunities, of which we get the fabulous conjunction of Venus and the Pleiades open star cluster.
I captured this shot of Venus and the Pleiades conjunction in spring 2012.
