Celebration of Space - November 1, 2019
During early December 2018, Collin McCarron was out at Frosty Drew Observatory capturing a stunning star trail photo of the southern sky when an intense Taurid fireball meteor ripped into view. The meteor lit up the ground and startled all in attendance. Taurid fireballs are common from September - early December yearly.
