Images submit with your application will be displayed with your exhibitor listing on the Frosty Drew Sea Star Marketplace website. Frosty Drew Memorial Fund, Inc. could potentially, in the future, use the images you submit on our website, in publications, and in advertisements. Please select below if you give Frosty Drew Memorial Fund, Inc. permission to use the images you have submit in future advertisements, publications, or on Frosty Drew websites.

Can Frosty Drew Memorial Fund, Inc. use your images in publications, advertisements and on it's websites?

To exhibit at Sea Star Marketplace you MUST possess a valid Rhode Island Retail Sales Permit. If you do not possess a Rhode Island Retail Sales Permit you can purchase a temporary Rhode Island Retail Sales Permit at a cost of $10 on the day of the Marketplace.

Rules and Regulations Agreement

I AGREE TO

Sell only my original, hand crafted, and well-executed art and crafts, or antiques.
Sell only items representative of those that have been submitted and accepted for sale; sell no weapons of any type or vintage, items made from endangered species, or pornographic materials; and sell no food or drink without the express written permission of the Sea Star Marketplace Committee.
Remove, on request, any item(s) deemed by the Sea Star Marketplace Committee not to be of the quality represented.
Accept the space assigned.
Unload merchandise between 6:30 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. on the day of the Sea Star Marketplace, have my display ready for business by 8:45 a.m., and park my vehicle in a designated vendors' lot after unloading.
Provide my own tent and any other items necessary to complete a professional display and securely stake my display into the ground or adequately weight it down. The structural integrity of my booth is solely my responsibility.
Be present, or have a representative present, at my booth at all times during the show; leave my display in place for the duration of the show; and dismantle my display and clean the adjacent area of all debris by 6:00 p.m.
Carry any necessary insurance and possess a valid RI Retail Sales Permit that is visibly displayed at my booth throughout the show. Temporary RI Retails Sales Permits will be available on site.
Not smoke within the Sea Star Marketplace and conduct myself in a courteous and professional manner.
Notify the Sea Star Marketplace at least 30 days prior to the show if I need to cancel.

I UNDERSTAND

Upon acceptance, there will be no refunds for any reason.
There is no electricity available to my booth.
No vehicles are allowed on the show grounds during show hours without the express written permission of the Sea Star Marketplace Committee.
No camping is allowed in Ninigret Park, and please no dogs allowed inside the Sea Star Marketplace.

LIABILITY

I agree to hold the Frosty Drew Memorial Fund, Inc., and the Frosty Drew Nature Center & Observatory, located at 61â€“62 Park Lane, Charlestown, RI, its Board of Directors, staff, volunteers, sponsors, and property as well as the Town of Charlestown, RI, its staff, volunteers, and property harmless against any accidents, theft, or incidents causing harm, damage, or injury to either persons or personal property while on the premises or in Ninigret Park. Further, I will be held responsible for any damages incurred to the fore-mentioned property as a result of my presence.
