Safe Telescope Filter
On a telescope fitted with a White Light solar filter, the filter needs to be on the aperture end of the telescope. Which is the side that is pointed towards the Sun. Any other placement of the filter is not safe for direct observation of the Sun, and can result in permanent damage to your eye and vision.
