Sunspot Group AR3354
Sunspot group AR3354 formed during the last week of June 2023, and grew larger than the Carrington Sunspot, which triggered the Carrington Event in 1859. Frosty Drew Astronomy Team member, Ron Zincone, captured this stunning view of AR3354 on June 29, 2023.
