NGC6826 The Blinking Nebula

NGC6826 The Blinking Nebula
This shot was taken at Frosty Drew Observatory using the Meade 16" SCT with a Meade DSI CCD imaging device. This nebula can be found in the constellation Cygnus, it's around 2,000 light years away and has a diameter of 0.44 light years. The name "blinking nebula" refers to the blink you will see when properly observing this object using averted vision.
