Sunspot Group AR 3664
This is the huge sunspot group AR 3664 captured on May 11, 2024. This sunspot group triggered the best Aurora Borealis display we have ever seen over Rhode Island. The Aurora from this event was visible as far south as Mexico. Image credit: Frosty Drew Astronomy Team member, Scott MacNeill
