Hubble Photographs Jupiter in 2019
On June 27, 2019, the Hubble Space Telescope (HST) captured this photo of Jupiter, featuring the Great Red Spot. This region has been the topic of much debate recently, with the Red Spot continuing to shrink over the past 50+ years. The fate of the Great Red Spot is unknown, though the storm could be coming to an end. Image credit: NASA, ESA, A. Simon (Goddard Space Flight Center) and M.H.
