Professor William S. Penhallow
Professor William S. Penhallow was the first Observatory Director at Frosty Drew Observatory and was responsible for installing the current observatory dome, and the first observatory telescope, a 7" Astrophyisics StarFire 178 refractor. Professor Penhallow passed away on January 20, 2020.
