Venus, Jupiter, and Mars in Conjunction

Venus, Jupiter, and Mars in Conjunction

During the early morning hours of October 18, 2015, Venus, Jupiter and Mars came together in a fabulous conjunction. Jupiter and Mars appeared within 1ยบ of each other over the eastern horizon.

I captured this photo of the three at Frosty Drew Observatory. Venus is the brightest, followed by Jupiter, then Mars.
