Super Blue Lunar Eclipse
During the early morning hours of Wednesday, January 31, 2018 a fabulous total lunar eclipse occurred over the western half of the United States. In New England, we missed the total eclipse stages, though penumbral eclipse as well as a few minutes of partial eclipse were visible to those with a good view of the western horizon. The eclipse also happened during the supermoon and on the second Full Moon of January (a Blue Moon).
This gallery is a collection of photographs captured of the event across New England.
