No people. With all the schools closed because of frostbite warnings of ten minutes at school bus stops, we closed the Observatory. While the dome sometimes provides a bit of wind relief, it does nothing for temperatures in the negative digits. I know because I went to a director's meeting across the road on Thursday and when we returned it was -2 and Friday was colder. -Les Coleman
