No people. We'll last night was a case in point that shows why we need the Sky Theater. The predictions varied - local weather forecasts said clearing by midnight at Providence. The Clear Sky Clock said "au contraire" - we will have clearing by 7 to 8 PM. I finally decoded after an hours delay to cancel. If the Sky Theater had been complete I would have opened it instead.-Les Coleman
